About Storm
I’m Storm Lotz, a transformational coach, Master Practitioner of NLP, and a guide for women who feel called to more — even if they can’t fully name what that “more” is yet.

Throughout my journey as a leader, educator, administrator, entrepreneur, manager, and lifelong learner, I’ve discovered something true: growth doesn’t happen in the calm — it happens in the storm. In the moments of discomfort, transition, and uncertainty, we meet the version of ourselves that’s been waiting to rise.
I’ve walked through plenty of my own storms — both literal and metaphorical — and I’ve emerged more grounded, more resilient, and more committed than ever to helping other women do the same.
My Mission
I help women step into leadership with clarity and confidence — whether they’re already in visible roles or just beginning to sense they’re meant for something greater.
Some of the women I work with are navigating major transitions or redefining what success looks like. Others don’t identify as “leaders” yet, but feel a deep, quiet pull to live and lead more intentionally, more fully, and more boldly.
No matter where you are in your journey, I’m here to help you uncover your voice, own your value, and move forward with purpose.
My Approach
I blend science-backed tools with intuitive, heart-centered coaching to support the whole person — not just the role they play or the goals they want to check off.
Through techniques drawn from NLP, emotional intelligence, success psychology, and leadership development, I help you:
-
Clarify what you truly want — and why
-
Rewire limiting beliefs and outdated stories
-
Build confidence and trust in yourself
-
Design a roadmap that reflects your truth
-
Step into leadership — in your life, your work, and your presence
My style is direct but compassionate, holistic yet results-driven. I create a space where you can tell the truth, get clear, and rise into the life and leadership you’re here to live.
